“To improve the socio-economic and cultural conditions of the people through active involvement and participation of the people and partners in a gender sensitive way, with emphasis on the disadvantaged and most vulnerable members of the community”

SECTOR OBJECTIVES

• To strengthen community mobilization for communities to participate in development programs
• To strengthen the bottom up planning process to generate a gender responsive plan
• To promote the integration of the special interest groups (Women, PWD, Youth, and elderly) into the socio economic life of the community through awareness creation, lobbying, advocacy and their participation in  and contribution to development.
• To promote and strengthen in a particular way community based initiatives of PHAs as a way of contributing to their wellbeing as a vulnerable group.
