Nebbi Municipal Administrative Structure
The Municipality is divided into three divisions (Thatha, Central, and Abindu) each comprising of 3 wards resulting into a total of 9 wards and 46 cells. It hosts the District Local Government Headquarters.
The Municipal Council is the highest political authority in the Municipality, with councilors’ representatives from all wards and Divisions under the leadership of the Municipal Mayor. It has a technical team headed by the Town Clerk, distributed in eleven directorates and departments. Each of the departments has a head and under every directorate, there are a number of Sections.
